If you have a PR agency account, please follow this guide to set up additional logins for your colleagues.
Do you have multiple colleagues managing your Press Loft account? Well, they can now have their own logins (so no more password sharing π).
Head to Team on your left-hand side dashboard menu:
Then click on Invite new team members:
Fill in their details and click Send invite:
Your colleague will then receive an email to accept your invitation and create their logins. You can remove them from your team at any time by clicking the delete button:
Not sure which role to assign? You can click here to check permissions:
Managers can edit content (update the image library, create press releases etc.), edit team access and access reporting, whereas Administrators can only edit content.
You (the 'owner') are the only person who can access account settings and billing details.
