It's important to keep your information up-to-date, as journalists will use your saved stockist details to credit in their features and will use the PR contact information to touch base with you at any time. 

Update these details when you need to by selecting Settings > PR Contact/Stockist Details from your dashboard menu.

Depending on whether you've selected to engage in PR internationally (update your International Settings here) you will have the ability to add PR contact/stockist information for different countries. For example, your main PR contact may be based in the UK but you also have local PR agencies in France and the US, in which case you will need to add contact details for the 3 territories. If your PR & stockist information is the same in all countries you don't have to enter each country below, just save the Default Contact information.

On Press Loft, the email address entered as your PR contact email is the email we will use to get in touch with you and this will also be where download and press coverage notifications will be sent to.
