Updating your login email address
To change your login email address, head to Settings > Account settings from your left-hand side menu.
It's important to remember that the log in email is different from the PR contact information. Only the email address saved under your PR contact settings (more info) will receive correspondence from us and journalists.
Updating your password
To update your password, head to Settings > Password and privacy from your left-hand side menu.
Billing address and card details
If you need to change your billing address or update your debit or credit card information, please update the information here. You can find this in Settings > Billing details.
