To boost your downloads on Press Loft, you need to make sure that your Image Library is full of fresh images and up-to-date.
Upload new images regularly
It is so important to constantly provide journalists with fresh images. If you have new image material, make sure to upload these on our Press Loft account as soon as possible.
The best is to add 10-15 new products every month (the more the better!) to make sure that you offer fresh content to journalists at all times.
The minimum package offers a cap of 10 images – make sure you get the most out of it and have your Image Library full of enticing content. If you would like to upload more images than your membership allows, simply upgrade to the higher package or get in touch with the Press Loft team to buy more images at firstname.lastname@example.org
Check your products' availability
Keep your Image Library up to date and ensure that your images live on Press Loft are still available on your website. If some of them are no longer available, simply hide or delete the image.
Keep your images fresh and relevant by verifying the ones that have been live for more than 6 months. This will help ensure that all of your products are still available when journalists download your images.
Add prices to your images
This is something that is often missed, but critical to ensure that journalists have all the details to use your images in their shopping page/article. Adding prices to your images will add your images to the selection when journalists search images using the price filter.
To edit or add prices, go to your Image Library, click Edit Your Images, add the price and save.
Refresh and add relevant keywords
Adding the relevant keywords will help push images further up in the search results for journalists. Without the relevant keywords, your images simply won't come up in the search results. Make sure you have all of relevant keyword combinations on your images. Missing 1 important keyword means a potential piece of coverage missed!

Send a press release
Depending on the package you are on, you can send a monthly press release to either promote a new range of products, or to shout about an event or season. Sending a press release is a great way to actively reach out to journalists and promote your products.
