When images are uploaded, our system automatically identifies which images can be cut-out and which can't.

In the Studio Editor, the images which can be cut out will display the Cut Out button:

Some very pale images, those with backgrounds (lifestyle images) or big shadows don't cut out well so we don't display the cut out option.

Stock images cannot currently be cut out.
