If you have stopped working with a client or if you'd like to pause an account for a client that sells seasonal products, you can remove them from the live site anytime.
You can update your membership directly through your Settings > My plan, meaning that we would reduce your client cap and adjust your invoice for the upcoming month.
Removing clients
Once you're on your 'My plan' page, you just need to toggle the client off as below:
Swapping clients
If you'd like to reactivate an old client, who you've created in the past, simply click on 'Show archived clients' and toggle them back on. You will then be prompted to select which membership you'd like for them.
Please note that if you are subscribed to an annual membership, you won't be able to reduce the client cap on your account during the first 12 months.
