Archiving clients that you no longer work with

If you have stopped working with a client or if you'd like to pause an account for a client that sells seasonal products, you can remove them from the live site anytime.

You can either downgrade your membership, meaning that we would reduce your client cap and adjust your invoice for the upcoming month, or you can replace the client with a new brand that you think Press Loft could work for.

Replacing a client

Simply head to your Clients page (located on the left-hand side menu), click on the three little dots on the client's card and click 'Archive client'.

This will 'free up' your client slot and you will be able to add another right away (please see Adding clients).

Removing a client slot

If you don't have a client to replace the archived one with, simply drop us an email with the client's company name, stocklist URL and PR contact details, and we'll adjust your membership and billing.

Changes on your invoice will be processed for the next billing date, but if you would like to hide a client from the live site before this date or immediately, just let us know.

Please note that if you are subscribed to an annual membership, you won't be able to reduce the client cap on your account during the first 12 months.
