If you have stopped working with a client or if you'd like to pause an account for a client that sells seasonal products, you can remove them from the live site anytime.

You can either downgrade your membership, meaning that we would reduce your client cap and adjust your invoice for the upcoming month, or you can replace the client with a new brand that you think Press Loft could work for.

To downgrade or to swap client accounts, simply drop us an email with the date you'd like the change to be effective. Please include the company name, stockist URL and PR contact details if you'd like to replace a client with a new one.

Changes on your invoice will be processed for the next billing date, but if you would like to hide a client from the live site before this date or immediately, just let us know.

Please note that if you are subscribed to an annual membership, you won't be able to reduce the client cap on your account during the first 12 months.
