Registered users can contact you via the contact button your online press room on Press Loft to enquire about a particular product, ask for samples or offer collaborations.

Messaging is integrated on the platform, so you will find any messages in your Messages, located on the left-hand side menu:

You'll also receive email notifications to let you know that you have unread messages.

Please note, this type of message is not to be confused with the messages you receive from influencers via the Influencer Outreach service.
