1. How does Press Loft pricing work?
Pricing is based on your image cap, which is the number of images you keep live on the platform at any one time. Choose your plan, choose your cap, and that is your monthly cost.
You are not charged per upload or per download. Journalists can download your images as often as they like at no extra cost to you. You can also swap images in and out whenever you want, so if you are at your cap and want to add a new range, take older images offline to free up space.
The more images you host, the less each one costs. On PR Pro, 100 images works out at £2.00 per image per month, while 1,000 images works out at £0.75.
We offer a series of different monthly and annual membership options and single services tailored to different PR budgets and needs.
You can choose from 3 main memberships to suit your budget and the amount of images your require (see an example of membership options with 100 images below - use the image slider to view prices for different image caps). Prices are per month.

2. Do your prices include VAT?
All prices shown are monthly and exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at checkout and shown separately on your invoice.
3. Am I tied into a contract?
Monthly plans are rolling. You can cancel at any time and your press office stays live until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Our monthly memberships are flexible and can be upgraded, downgraded and cancelled anytime.
Annual plans are paid up front for 12 months and work out cheaper per month. They renew on the anniversary of your start date, and we will contact you before that date to confirm.
4. Can I change my plan or number of images later?
Yes. Go to Settings, then My plan, to move up or down a tier or change your image cap. Upgrades take effect straight away so you can get new imagery live immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
