Is a media member asking you for product images on the chat? You don't need to worry about asking for their email address or forwarding links from your image library - you can attach images either from your device or from your Press Loft library.

If you choose to send images from Press Loft, your library will load in the chat box, so you can select the images you'd like to share and click 'Attach images'.

The media member will then have the option to download them directly from the chat.
