If you're new on the platform or have never sent a press release directly on Press Loft, you might be wondering where to start.

We've explained the process step-by-step, so you can distribute your clients' press releases in no time 😊.

First things first, you need to be logged in on your dashboard. Then, click on 'Press releases' on the left-hand side menu and then 'New press release'.

Make sure you select the client you would like to distribute the press release for before choosing a template, otherwise the press release will be distributed under the agency's name. If you'd like to create a multi-brand press release, then you can distribute it as the agency, which will give you access to all your clients' images.

You need to select one of the pre-made templates, or choose a blank canvas and personalise it as much as you'd like - we have different 'Elements' to choose from (located on the right-hand side) to help you create the perfect layout:

Once you're happy with everything, click on 'Review & Send' and check that check all your details are correct. The PR contact details should be automatically pre-populated from the client's account information. Here, you can also select where you'd like your press releases to be distributed if you ship internationally. Click on 'Submit press release' once it's ready - this won't automatically distribute it to journalists, so don't worry if you've missed anything - we double-check your press releases too before we send them out, so rest assured that there's an extra pair of eyes looking over your press releases before they reach our network πŸ‘€.

If you run into any trouble or would like feedback on your draft, please don't hesitate to send us a message using the chat function or by emailing us on info@pressloft.com 😊.
